Building Safety Act 2022
The Building Safety Act 2022, introduced following the Grenfell Tower fire, applies to higher-risk residential buildings over 18 metres in height or 7 storeys with two or more residential units. The Act introduces stricter requirements for the design, construction, occupation, and ongoing management of buildings, placing resident safety at the forefront. Building Safety Case Reporting
A Building Safety Case Report outlines the safety measures in place for high-rise residential buildings, identifying risks such as fire spread or structural failure and explaining how these risks are managed. The Principal Accountable Person is responsible for preparing and maintaining this report to ensure ongoing compliance and safety. We support clients throughout this process, providing expert guidance to develop clear, comprehensive, and compliant safety case reports.
